Located 5 miles north of Big Sky, MT along the Gallatin River, these cabins are nestled against the Lee Metcalf Wilderness area and provide you and your family the perfect location to start a day of hiking, fishing, hunting, cross country skiing, or snowmobiling. With great access to southwest Montana’s wonderful rivers, lakes, and streams, these cabins are only 50 miles from Yellowstone National Parks western entrance at West Yellowstone, MT.
If just relaxing and taking in what Mother Nature offers, the front porch of these cabins can provide you all the peace you could ever dream of. While listening to the babbling Deer Creek run just a few yards from the porches, you may see deer, bear, elk, mountain goat, or moose wander through the yard on their way to the Gallatin River to take an evening drink. These cabins offer you the opportunity to take incredible day hikes through the wilderness area all the way to the Spanish Peaks trail or just a backpacking trip to Deer and Moon Lake. The mountain views and fresh air will rejuvenate your body and your soul. Within walking distance of the cabins is miles of river front access to some of the best trout fly fishing the Gallatin River has to offer.

Remember, that during the winter months, the cabins do not have running water, so it is pack-in-pack-out type stay. The fireplaces, adventures, and friends will still provide you a unique winter experience.
